We’ve expanded our beta rollout and have new beta testers to thank for their help and invaluable feedback. Also, we thank everyone who signed up for the beta test but have not yet received a copy of Lexprompt WRITE Beta. Please be patient–everyone who requested a beta copy will receive one; we are diligently working through various compatibility issues to assure maximum compatibility of Lexprompt WRITE with various system settings and versions of MS Word. As we resolve these issues, we will be sending download links to additional beta testers.
Also, to provide everyone with the best possible support, we launched a technical support center website: support.lexprompt.net. Our support center also includes a Knowledgebase with answers to frequently asked questions, so you don’t have to wait for a response.
It’s easy to create a ticket and track its progress. In addition to reporting problems, you can also request features. In fact, we welcome all feature requests and promise to do our best to include requested features in subsequent releases.
Of course, all users are welcome to continue sending us emails with questions, bug reports, and feature requests. Our support center is just another tool to answer your questions as soon as possible.
And again, many thanks to all beta users for their feedback!
